“I am mostly interested in painting landscapes and seascapes. The sea is of great importance to me, in my everyday life (surfing and swimming), as well as in my work. Because of the fact that the sea looks and feels different every moment, I use the rich source material at my
disposal to create paintings that reflect an atmosphere and feeling found not only in nature but more importantly, in my soul.”
